An insurance broker focusing on the fly fishing and outdoor lifestyle industry, Rollin started fishing at age 6 and entered the insurance business right after college. It is his passion for both that has helped bring Cross Current to life. For the last 36 years, Rollin has had a successful insurance and financial services career. He has built two organizations; The Schuster Group and TANGO that in 2020 were acquired by NFP, a large international insurance, and financial services advisory firm. His experience in creating niche marketing organizations like TANGO which serves the nonprofit sector provides a proven track record to emulate as Cross Current expands within its given niche.
Rollin is a frequent speaker on industry-related topics, holds numerous insurance and securities licenses, and is an Investment Advisor Representative with Kestra Financial and a Managing Director at NFP.
When not working there’s a good chance you’ll find Rollin flyfishing with his family and friends on the Farmington River, in the salt waters of Martha’s Vineyard, or the Bahamas at Soul Fly Lodge, where he is a partner.
He is a graduate of Franklin Pierce University, and in addition to serving on the Board of the Outdoor Guide Association, he also serves as Chair of the Board of CW Resources, President of the TANGO Foundation, Board member of The Franklin Pierce University College of Business and past Chair of the Board of Qualidigm.
