KynsLee Scott

KynsLee Scott is a professional guide in Montana and has been involved with most all aspects of the fly fishing industry.  Since 2008, she has worked to protect our natural resources and guide’s livelihoods through conservation efforts.

As a fixture in the industry, KynsLee is an Elite G Loomis ambassador, an Olympic Peninsula Skagit Tactics (OPST) ambassador, Umpqua ambassador, Costa ambassador, and a Simms ambassador.

Beginning her career in Missoula, KynsLee’s resume includes a decade of fly shop work, guide service owner in Washington State, a traveling national brand spokesperson for Costa, instructor, guide, and lodge operator. In addition, she has established successful women’s programs and events across the West and developed a fly shop in Washington State.

KynsLee also works in the conservation world as Marketing and Communications Director for Montana Freshwater Partners and is a Communications Consultant for Montanans For Healthy Rivers and American Rivers.

In 2020, she teamed up with Mollie Simpkins and co-founded the Guide Relief Program.  As an industry professional, KynsLee provides a vital first-hand perspective to the organization.
